How to add a new InCare User

There are two procedures for adding an InCare user:

  • Clients
  • Staff

Both procedures are part of the "Manage" tab.

For Clients follow these steps:

  1. Create the Client and enter basic information and the password.
  2. With the "Change Staff" function assign staff, guardians and managers assigned to the client.
  3. With "Service Contract" function, enter the NOA.
  4. With the "Profile" function, enter the detail client demographic information.

For Staff follow these steps:

  1. Create the Staff person and enter basic information and the password.
