How to add a Guardian or Family Advocate

Guardians and Family Advocates are InCare users with specific responsibilities.  They are added using the "Staff Management" function.  They are assigned Clients the same as DSP's are assigned to Clients.  In "Step 5 - Change Roles and Clients," the Role "Guardian" or "Family Advocate" can be assigned to the InCare User.
