In some cases, your InCare site may utilize popups for things such as completing surveys, or for important notifications. These notifications can be driven by popup windows and most browsers will attempt to block these.
To disable your popup blocker for your InCare site, follow the instructions below for whichever browser you are using:
Internet Explorer
Click 'Allow Once' or you can click 'Options' and 'Always allow popups for this site'
Firefox
On your first page visit, you will see a banner below your address bar similar to this. By clicking 'Options', you can allow popups for this site once, or always.
Chrome
In Chrome, the notification will appear in your address bar. Click the window with the red X and click 'Allow' for your site to enable popups for InCare.
