Changing / Resetting a password

If you know your InCare User Name:

  • On the InCare Login Screen click on the Reset Password button.  The InCare username screen will appear.
  • Enter your InCare username.
  • An e-mail will be sent to your e-mail address stored in InCare.  The e-mail will contain instructions and a link to a function to enter a new password.

If you do not receive this email, or do not know your username in InCare, you can contact your supervisor or InCare System Administrator in order to receive this information. In some cases, your email address may still be set to your supervisor's email address.

If you do not know your password, you will need to contact your supervisor or InCare System Administrator.

Submitting a request through the Support button for a password reset will not help, as only your supervisor or InCare System Administrator can reset the password.
