Screen does not display correctly

These problems are often caused by how your Browser access the Internet.  If the screen does not display correctly, before reporting a problem, perform a couple of Browser checks.

Browsers are used to access InCare and they often store or cache information so that they run faster.  Unfortunately, this may result in incorrect screen display.  The first thing you should always do if you think there is a problem is clear the cache by:

  • On a Windows device, you can force a page refresh by holding Ctrl and pressing R, hitting F5 on your keyboard, or clicking the Refresh button in your browser.
  • On an Apple device, hold the Cmd key and press R, or hitting the Refresh button may also help.
  • If you are using a mobile device, tapping the Refresh button in your browser will usually accomplish a hard refresh.
