InCare is an Web-based system that is accessed through the Internet using a computing device (usually a PC, tablet or smart phone). The Internet connection is usually made through a WiFi connection to a router or a physical cable connection to the router.
The computing device uses an application called a browser to Access the Internet. The most common browsers are Internet Explorer / Edge (PCs and Windows devices), Chrome (PCs and Android based tablets / phones) and Safari (Apple tablets and phones). If you think you are having browser problems, click here for more information on browsers.
Unfortunately, if you are having Internet problems or computing device problems, MID cannot help you; you need to contact your supervisor or your company's technical support person. Using the "Support" button to report the problem will only delay getting it resolved.
