How do I delete an InCare User

For historical purposes, InCare Users are not physically deleted from the system; however, they can be made inactive in the system.  There are two options available: 

• "Deauthorize" makes the User inactive and will be removed from most InCare functions.
• "Remove User" deletes the User from InCare; however, user history will not be lost.  The User will appear on some screens in strike through font (i.e. client).
