What to do if you are locked out of InCare

As a security precaution, after five unsuccessful attempts to access InCare, you will be locked out of InCare. There are two options to recover:

  • Wait 20 minutes and access restrictions are automatically lifted.
  • Contact your supervisor or InCare System Administrator. They will have access to functionality that can immediately unlock your account.

If the problem was because you forgot your password, you can click the Reset Password button that is on the InCare login screen. A link will be sent to your e-mail address top reset the password. If necessary, contact your supervisor or InCare System Administrator.

If you forgot your InCare username, you will need to contact your supervisor or InCare System Administrator.

We recommend not using the Support button, as this action will only delay a resolution. MID cannot change your password for you, as your company administers and manages its own users.
