Getting a Certification Violation When Entering a Note

InCare provides e-mail notifications of pending InCert violations. Potential violations are also listed in the Important Date section of the Dashboard.

InCare will provide a warning message if an appointment is being added for Staff that may have a Certification violation.

InCare will not allow Notes to be entered and saved if Staff have a Certification Violation or Suspension.

Even if you are currently certified, if the Note is for a day when there was a violation, the Note cannot be submitted.

Check to ensure your certifications were valid on the day the Service was performed. You need to contact your Supervisor or the person that manages certifications at your company to resolve the problem.

We don't recommend submitting a request using the Support button, as this action will only delay the problem being resolved.
