Can't enter Expense Notes

There are two common problems with Expense Notes:

• The Amount entry accepts numbers and values with a decimal point.  Do not include a "$."
• For Mileage entries, the Odometer Start and End entries must be whole numbers. A comma is optional for ease of reading, but should be omitted if possible.
• Expense Notes cannot be submitted if there is a Certification violation or a Suspension.
