The following are the browsers we support with InCare
- Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10) *
- Microsoft Edge (Windows 10)
- Firefox (versions 30 and above) Download
- Chrome (automatically updates to latest version) Download
- Safari 7, 8, 9 (OS X and mobile versions)
Browsers that are not supported or have not been thoroughly tested
- Opera - untested, limited support - in most cases, Opera should work fine, however we do not test functionality of InCare on Opera as it shares a very small portion of the overall browser market.
- Silk - unsupported - Amazon Kindle devices (Fire, Fire HD) use Silk as the default browser. This browser will not allow users to log into InCare and is unsupported.
- Browser - untested, limited support - a generic browser used on Android devices, this browser is not Google Chrome. Chrome may be a separate app that you need to install on your device. We recommend installing it from the Google Play store for best results.
*If you are not using version 11 of Internet Explorer, we recommend you run Windows Update in order to be upgraded to the latest version. Microsoft no longer supports Internet Explorer 9 or 10.
