In order to access InCare, you need an InCare User Name and a Password. If you know your InCare User Name but have forgotten your password, you can click Password Reset Instructions for instructions on resetting or changing your password.
If you do not know your InCare User Name, you will need to contact your Supervisor or InCare System Administrator. In this case, submitting a request with the support function will not help as only your Supervisor or InCare System Administrator can provide your InCare User Name.
As a security precaution, after five unsuccessful attempts to access InCare, the system will lock the requester out for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, access restrictions are lifted. Click here for more information on being locked out of InCare
InCare is accessed with an app called a browser that may be causing problems. Click here for more information on browsers.
If you are having Internet or equipment problems, you need to contact your Supervisor or company technical support person. MID cannot help and submitting a request with the support function will only delay getting help.
